MM 2010 recognizes these file types for importing lists:

 

· Borland Paradox
· dBase/FoxPro
· Delimited (e.g., comma)
· Existing Mail Manager 2000 List
· Existing Mail Manager 2010 List
· Fixed Length Fields, CR/LF
· Label Images Disk File
· MS Access, MS ADO*, MS Excel
· Standard ASCII Fixed Length File
· USPS ® Comp. Delivery Seq (CDS)*

 

The source file can not exceed 2GB, this will cause the import process to abort. If it appears that the source file will exceed 2GB you will receive a warning message.

 

All files must be fixed fielded.
